The Principal
Damian Ienco

From Istruct’s inception, Damian has been responsible for growing the firm from essentially a sole practitioner to leading a team of engineering, drafting and administration personnel. His drive and enthusiasm is evident in the personal approach he provides to clients. As a result of Damian’s passion for the construction industry in general and engineering in particular, Istruct enjoys the loyalty of its clients through repeat business and referrals.
As the principal of Istruct Consulting Engineers, Damian has had extensive exposure to the Sydney Construction and Property industries. As a result, he has the ability to combine extensive technical engineering skills with in depth practical experience in leading the firm and providing high quality structural and civil engineering solutions for his clients.
Damian has had the opportunity to work with several highly reputable architecture firms including SJB, MHNDU, McGregor Westlake, Hill Thalis and AJ+C on numerous large scale residential developments to deliver cost effective and architecturally pleasing structural solutions.
